Our team of technical specialists works closely with customers to understand their specific wear challenges, carrying out thorough assessments of high-wear zones across the plant. Using Welding Alloys’ advanced welding consumables and computer-controlled automated welding equipment, we develop tailored solutions that maximise plant efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime.
From plug screw feeders and refiner components to chipping system parts and structural assemblies, PHS manufactures and supplies complete engineered parts — finished with high-performance hardfacing coatings applied to exacting tolerances.
Where a full replacement is not required, our refurbishment service rebuilds worn components to OEM dimensions, including pressure certification testing where required. All rotating components are dynamically balanced as standard, and our quality processes are underpinned by laboratory analysis and field-proven performance data.
