Log Storage, Debarking & Chipping
Bark shredders and debarking rollers are maintained with chrome filler hardfacing, while chipper rotors, spike rollers and comb plates are fabricated from high-tensile base material with hardfaced wear surfaces.
Plug Screw Feeder
Feeders manufactured in 13.5″, 16″, 20″ and 24″ diameters. High-hardness carbide coatings are applied via computer-controlled Pulse-MIG for consistent depth and dimensional accuracy.
Digester & Pre-heater
Guidance spools and housing components cast from special steel are reinforced internally with chromium filler hardfacing, providing lasting resistance to abrasive and adhesive wear
Refiner System
Full refiner overhaul: discharge screws, stator and rotor discs, centre plates and defibrator housings are rebuilt using specialist filler materials and precision-machined to OEM tolerances.
Fibre Drying
Agitator fans, wing guides and associated rotating components are manufactured from special-grade castings and dynamically balanced to minimise vibration and ensure reliable operation.
Forming & Pressing
Structural and wear components are refurbished using advanced hardfacing techniques, restoring geometry and extending service life to reduce total maintenance expenditure.
